The little things
From the small to the big

We really wanted to make Rocklands special. So we did:

The floor
A sample of sand from Tolcarne Beach was sent to our floor manufacturers for them to match the colour of the marmol tiled floors.

The worktops
The granite quartz worktops in the kitchen represent the rocks in the cliff we are built on.

The windows
The green tinted apartment windows have been specially selected for their energy efficiency and durability in the face of the harsh winter weather. And are perfect for reflecting the beautiful Cornish waters below.

The under floor heating
The feeling of warm sand under your toes. Nothing quite beats it. That’s why you’ll love the way that Rocklands is heated. Each apartment has its own thermostatically controlled under floor heating system. Pick the temperature you want for each room and forget the slippers.

Your front door
It’s always nice to make a first impression. And you’ll be impressed with your apartment right from the start. That’s because we’ve personally selected stylish and elegant front doors for the building. The hard wearing and elegant wenge wood design is in high gloss black with polished metal features.

The roof top sun terrace and hot tub
We want Rocklands to be part of the local community. We also want it to have its own community. That’s why we have created areas for everyone to enjoy. In particular, we think you’ll love the rooftop sun terrace with hot tub. Where stunning views meet sumptuous luxury and you can meet your neighbours.

The wet room
Surfing’s part of life down here in Newquay. And we wanted it to be easy for you to surf at Rocklands. We took our inspiration from ski chalets and made sure there was no need to bring your kit into your apartment. Down in the basement area, you’ll find an outside shower, a warm indoor wet room and humidity controlled storage area. Ideal for cleaning up after a session, storing your board and then making sure your wet suit is dry and ready for the next day.
