Each apartment is fitted with state of the art kitchens, but Rocklands will be a destination in itself. On the ground floor will be Prezzo, a spacious, 130 seater restaurant where diners can enjoy a unique combination of mouthwatering food, stunning views and a choice of dining inside or outside on the cliff top terrace
Playing
There’s an outside shower to wash the sand and sea away, heated wet room to make sure your kit is dry and ready for the next day and private lockers to store your boards and suit. We’ve even teamed up with the local Animal surf school to make sure residents get discounted lessons. Get them to show you how to surf the break known as 'The Wedge' just beneath us on Tolcarne Beach.
Roof top sun terrace and hot tub
We want Rocklands to be part of the local community. We also want it to have its own community. That’s why we have created areas for everyone to enjoy. In particular, we think you’ll love the rooftop sun terrace and hot tub area. Where stunning views meet sumptuous luxury and you can meet your neighbours.
Going out
We’ll be honest. Not only does Newquay have some of the best views in the country, it has some of the best nightlife too. Some seriously good, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and clubs are just round the corner.
