Directions By Car

From the A30 signposted Newquay, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit then take the 2nd exit A392 to Quintrell Downs. At Quintrell Downs take the 3rd exit off the roundabout and continue along until you come to a double mini roundabout and go straight on. Continue into town through the traffic lights and straight over the roundabout and Rocklands can be found 600 yards on your right.

The railway station is literally just across the road and the town is close to the main route through Cornwall, the A30. There’s secure parking space for all residents in the underground carpark in the base of the building.


Rental cars, taxis and buses

Rental cars are availablefrom the airport for exploring the rest of Cornwall, or leave your car behind and try Newquay’s first biodiesel taxi company (Ask the driver if you’re not sure why you can smell chip fat.) Look out for Biotravel taxis when you arrive at the airport.
